The Directors at K&S were appointed as lead Project Managers responsible for delivering this high end Hotel and Spa Complex.
There were many challenges to overcome including, historic buildings, Infrastructure carried over a new bridge on the Thames, Restaurant and Multi-Hotel Room design and build. We were also required to build a new 17 Bedroom staff accommodation.

The work involved restoring this room of historical importance, from a dilapidated condition to its current pristine condition, as shown in the photograph.

K&S Directors were appointed as part of the Project Management Team that was responsible for leading the design, development and installation of the entire commercial fit out and reception area.
This was an exiting domestic property which we converted into a luxury spa. The property was owned by the British and World Champion Formula one driver, Stirling Mose.
